Penny Shepard

Penny L.A. Shepard was born into MKULTRA Project Genesis, SubProject Eve into Joseph Mengele's family, and was used as a covert "sleeper" asset for her deep state CIA family without her knowledge. She discovered her background in 2016 and has since become an independent investigative journalist writing about Satanic Hollywood and helping others research the program. She was in the entertainment industry for over 55 years behind the scenes as a singer, writer, and actress.
