Penny Shepard Biography:

My name is Penny L.A. Shepard. I was born into MKULTRA Project Genesis, SubProject Eve into Joseph Mengele’s family. I was used as a covert asset, agent for my deep state CIA family, unbeknownst to me. I was a “sleeper” agent. I found out in 2016 when I left my evil husband, I had been erased for 58 years. I found out that I am the real Eleven depicted in Stranger Things. I was declared enemy of the state under James Clapper and asked if I wanted to end up like Snowden and Assange. I was married to Dr. Steve Xenos and became Mrs. Xenos, although I did not technically change my name upon marriage, I was referred to as Mrs. Xenos, and Mrs. X. The Xenos name means Stranger. I had a band named Stranger. I am Agent X11. I was in the entertainment industry for over 55 years behind the scenes, as a singer, writer, actress. I am now an independent investigative journalist and I write about Satanic Hollywood. I help others research.
