Anti-grooming advocate; won the first anti-grooming conviction in the United States
Michelle Peterson is an American mother whose son Andrew was a victim of grooming by a high school teacher in 2010. She fought for justice and achieved the first grooming conviction in the United States, a precedent now used in trafficking prosecutions nationwide, and is working on model legislation in Illinois known as Andrew's Law.
