Plaintiff, Brunson v. Adams; oldest of the Brunson Brothers trumpet group
Loy Brunson is the oldest of the trumpet group known as the Brunson Brothers. He and his brothers filed a lawsuit against 385 members of Congress, Joe Biden, Kamala Harris, and Mike Pence, challenging the congressional immunity clause and whether it protects Congress from violating their oath of office and the U.S. Constitution. From the outset, they planned to take all cases they filed to the United States Supreme Court for a final decision by constitutional Supreme Court Justices.
