Gail Macrae, RN, BSN, is a former Student Certified Nurse Midwife and women's health Nurse Practitioner who worked in ICU, cardiac, MedSurg and Labor and Delivery for ten years, including at Kaiser Permanente during Covid. She now works nationally in patient advocacy and parallel medical infrastructure development, and is a co-founder of a project called Stand Firm Now.
