Dr. William Makis obtained a 4 year undergraduate degree in Immunology at University of Toronto, medical degree at McGill University and a 5 year medical specialization in Nuclear Medicine Radiology and Oncology. He worked for AHS at Cross Cancer Institute as the Head of the Medical Isotope Cancer Treatment Program, and as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Radiology at the University of Alberta. He is the author of over 100 peer-reviewed publications in international medical journals.
