Former U.S. Navy SEAL, Counter-Terrorism & Human Trafficking Operations Expert
David Lopez served as a U.S. Navy SEAL and is a Subject Matter Expert on Tactical Operations, Classified Global Counter-Terrorism Operations, Protection, Security, and Close Quarter Combat tactics. Since leaving the Navy, he has trained over 20 SWAT teams and numerous DHS Special Response Teams, conducted multiple rescue missions with Operation Underground Railroad leading to the rescue of over 200 children and arrest of over 50 traffickers, and now operates Mission Safe Harbour, which provides resources, training, and expertise to support operations that rescue victims and arrest criminals of human trafficking.
