Colonel Towner-Watkins

Colonel Roxane Towner entered the Air Force in 1979, serving as an aircraft maintenance technician before being selected for AFROTC at Indiana University, where she earned a Business School Outstanding Graduate award in 1987. She held positions across the Pentagon, U.S. Central Command (serving on General Franks's staff on 9/11), Air War College, and various command roles including Commander, Readiness Management Center, before retiring and becoming a real estate investor and podcaster.
