Bill Binney

Bill Binney grew up in rural Pennsylvania and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in mathematics from Pennsylvania State University in 1970. He served four years at the Army Security Agency before joining the NSA in 1970, rising to Technical Leader for intelligence in 2001, and has been described as one of the best analysts and code breakers in the NSA's history. After retiring, he co-founded "Entity Mapping, LLC" with fellow NSA whistleblower J. Kirk Wiebe, and is the subject of the documentary "A Good American."
